Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Pricing To Profit Pro™, also referred to as “PTP Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” These Terms govern your access to and use of our subscription-based digital platform, pricing calculators, AI tools, and all related features and services accessible at ptppro.io and associated domains (collectively, the “Service”).

By registering an account, initiating a subscription, or otherwise accessing any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” refers both to you as an individual and to that entity.

To access and use Pricing To Profit Pro™, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Service:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law or regulation.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and keep that information current.
• You must not have had a prior account suspended or terminated by us for a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service to any individual at our sole discretion. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements above are met.

When you register for an account, you will create login credentials including a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not share your password or account access with any other person.
• Do not use another person’s account without their explicit authorization.
• Notify us immediately at info@ptppro.io if you become aware of any unauthorized use of or access to your account.
• Do not register using false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Each subscription is licensed to a single user for their own business use. Sharing account credentials with other individuals, or allowing multiple users to access a single account, is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials. You accept full responsibility for all actions taken through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

Access to Pricing To Profit Pro™ requires an active paid subscription. We offer monthly and annual billing plans. Current pricing is published on our pricing page and is subject to change with advance notice as described in these Terms.

Billing Cycle & Automatic Renewal

• Monthly plans are billed every 30 days from the date your subscription activates.
• Annual plans are billed once as a single payment every 12 months from the date your subscription activates.
• All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the then-current rate on each renewal date unless you cancel beforehand.
• It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before a renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us to charge it for your subscription and any applicable renewals. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to update subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ written notice by email before a price change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after a price change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing info@ptppro.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will retain access through that date. Canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• You no longer wish to use the Service after subscribing
• You did not use the Service during your billing period
• You forgot to cancel before an automatic renewal charged
• You are unhappy with a feature or output of the platform
• You experienced technical difficulties accessing the Service
• You subscribed to the wrong plan
• Your account was terminated for a violation of these Terms

Automatic Renewals

Subscription renewals are automatic and non-refundable. It is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription before a renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. We strongly recommend setting a personal reminder ahead of your renewal date.

Plan Upgrades

Fees paid for plan upgrades or changes within an active billing period are non-refundable and will not be prorated.

You agree to use Pricing To Profit Pro™ only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or interfere with anyone else’s use of the Service. You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation
• Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights of any third party
• Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or any connected systems or networks
• Introduce viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, or any other harmful or disruptive code or software
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to harvest data from the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Build, support, or assist in developing a competing or substantially similar digital product or service
• Resell, sublicense, transfer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our express written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Engage in any conduct that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the functionality or availability of the Service

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice and without refund.

All content, software, features, and functionality that make up Pricing To Profit Pro™ — including but not limited to the calculators, AI tools, user interface design, graphics, logos, text, data structures, and the PTP Pro name and trademark — are the exclusive property of Pricing To Profit Pro™ and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

License to Use

During your active subscription period, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your own internal business purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, sublicense, or create derivative works from any component of the Service without prior written consent from us.

Your Data

Any data you enter into the Service — such as cost figures, labor rates, pricing details, or business information — remains your property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your inputted business data for any purpose beyond delivering the Service.

Feedback

If you voluntarily submit suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or other feedback regarding the Service, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and implement that feedback without any obligation to compensate you or credit you.

Pricing To Profit Pro™ provides pricing calculators, cost-analysis tools, fund distribution tools, and AI-powered pricing insights as part of the Service. These tools are designed to support your pricing process and provide a structured framework for business decision-making.

• The accuracy of all outputs depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the data you provide.
• AI-generated pricing insights are produced by automated systems and have not been reviewed or verified by a licensed financial or business advisor.
• Market conditions, competitive pricing, customer behavior, economic factors, and other variables that affect business outcomes are outside the scope of the Service.
• Nothing produced by the Service should be relied upon as a substitute for qualified professional advice tailored to your specific business circumstances.

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified accountant, financial advisor, tax professional, or business consultant before making significant pricing or business decisions. You accept full responsibility for all business decisions made in reliance on outputs from the Service, and Pricing To Profit Pro™ shall not be liable for any financial loss or adverse business outcome arising from such reliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pricing To Profit Pro™, its owners, operators, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated business income
• Loss of data or inability to access your account or stored content
• Business decisions made in reliance on calculator outputs or AI-generated insights
• Service downtime, errors, outages, or interruptions
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data
• Costs of procuring substitute services
• Damage to reputation or goodwill

This limitation applies regardless of the form of action or the legal theory under which the claim is brought — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability; in such jurisdictions our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination by You

You may discontinue use of the Service and close your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at info@ptppro.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining portion of any paid period.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy
• Failure to pay subscription fees when due
• Account sharing or use of a single account by multiple individuals
• Fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or harmful conduct relating to the Service
• Providing materially false or misleading information during registration
• Any other circumstance where we reasonably determine that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the Service, our infrastructure, or other users

Effect of Termination

Upon termination or expiration of your account for any reason: your right to access the Service ends immediately; data associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period of up to 30 days and cannot be recovered thereafter; any subscription fees already paid will not be refunded. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, No Refund Policy, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — will continue in full force and effect.

We are continuously developing and improving Pricing To Profit Pro™. We reserve the right to modify, update, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tool, or component of the Service at any time, with or without notice to you. This may include:

• Adding new calculators, tools, or features to the platform
• Updating existing calculator logic, formulas, or AI models
• Removing or replacing features that are deprecated or superseded
• Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Changes to the user interface, navigation, or platform structure

Where practicable, we will provide advance notice of significant feature changes. However, we are not obligated to maintain any specific feature or functionality indefinitely, and we are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of any part of the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated platform.

We may update or revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our practices, the nature of the Service, or applicable law.

• Material changes — those that meaningfully affect your rights, obligations, or how the Service operates — will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 14 days before they take effect.
• Minor or administrative updates may be made without advance notice and will be reflected on this page. We may, but are not required to, send notification for minor changes.

Your continued use of the Service after any revised Terms take effect constitutes your full acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the changes become effective. No refunds will be issued as a result of changes to these Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always available at ptppro.io/terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or through a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States, at our election. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Pricing To Profit Pro™.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pricing To Profit Pro™ with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
