Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how PTP Pro handles subscriptions, cancellations, renewals, refunds, billing disputes, digital products, add-ons, and customer responsibilities.
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using PTP Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, including your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription before renewal.
Policy Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all PTP Pro subscriptions, memberships, add-ons, digital products, downloads, software access, training resources, AI-powered tools, OCR tools, and related services purchased through ptppro.io or associated platforms.
PTP Pro is a digital software and service platform. Because access to software features, tools, resources, and digital services may be granted immediately after purchase, all customers and subscribers are responsible for reviewing this policy before purchasing or subscribing.
Subscriber Responsibility
Subscribers are solely responsible for managing their own subscriptions, including monitoring renewal dates, updating payment methods, reviewing billing notices, and canceling before the next billing cycle if they no longer wish to continue.
Failure to use the platform, forgetting to cancel, not logging in, being unaware of the renewal date, changing business plans, losing access to an email account, or no longer needing the service does not cancel a subscription and does not qualify for a refund, billing adjustment, account credit, or chargeback.
- Billing continues until a valid cancellation is completed through the designated cancellation process.
- Subscribers are responsible for canceling before the next billing date.
- PTP Pro is not responsible for missed renewal dates or unused subscription time.
- Not using the Service does not pause, cancel, or refund an active subscription.
How to Cancel
Subscriptions must be canceled through the official PTP Pro subscription management portal, account dashboard, billing portal, or other cancellation process provided by PTP Pro.
The following methods do not constitute a valid cancellation and will not terminate an active subscription:
- Email requests
- Phone calls or voicemail messages
- Text messages
- Social media messages or comments
- Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Discord, or similar messaging platforms
- Support tickets or live chat messages
- Verbal statements made during calls, trainings, or events
- Deleting, abandoning, or no longer using the account
Support may provide general guidance regarding account management; however, contacting support does not cancel a subscription unless PTP Pro expressly confirms in writing that the cancellation has been completed.
Cancellation Deadline
Subscribers must complete cancellation at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing period.
If cancellation is submitted after the 24-hour deadline, the next payment may still process, and the subscription may remain active through the paid billing period. Late cancellation does not entitle the subscriber to a refund, prorated refund, account credit, or billing adjustment.
Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, future billing will stop once the cancellation has been successfully processed. Depending on your plan, access may end immediately, at the end of the current billing period, or according to the terms shown at the time of cancellation.
PTP Pro does not guarantee continued access to saved records, tools, content, downloads, templates, AI features, integrations, or account data after cancellation, expiration, suspension, or termination. Subscribers are responsible for exporting or saving any needed information before canceling or closing their account.
Automatic Renewals
PTP Pro subscriptions may renew automatically on a monthly, annual, promotional, trial-conversion, add-on, or other recurring billing schedule selected at checkout or during account setup.
By subscribing, you authorize PTP Pro and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled according to this policy.
- Monthly plans renew each month unless canceled.
- Annual plans renew each year unless canceled.
- Add-ons may renew separately from the main subscription.
- Promotional or trial plans may convert to paid subscriptions according to the offer terms.
Courtesy Billing Notices
PTP Pro may send renewal reminders, billing notices, failed payment alerts, trial ending notices, subscription updates, or other courtesy communications from time to time. These notices are provided as a convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Failure to receive, open, read, or act on a billing notice or renewal reminder does not relieve the subscriber of the responsibility to manage or cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
Deleting an Account Does Not Cancel Billing
Deleting, abandoning, disabling, or ceasing to use your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions remain active until canceled through the designated cancellation process.
If you request account deletion while an active subscription exists, you are still responsible for ensuring the subscription has been properly canceled. Account deletion requests and subscription cancellation requests are separate actions unless PTP Pro expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
Refund Policy
Because PTP Pro provides digital software, subscription access, tools, resources, and services that may be available immediately after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or expressly approved by PTP Pro.
The following generally do not qualify for refunds:
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Unused subscription time
- Forgetting about the subscription
- Not logging in or not using the platform
- Accidental renewal after the cancellation deadline
- Dissatisfaction after access has been granted
- Changes in business needs, personal circumstances, or financial situation
- Failure to receive or read courtesy billing reminders
- Requests made after a billing period has already begun
Billing Errors
PTP Pro may review refund requests related to duplicate charges, verified billing errors, technical payment errors, or unauthorized charges. If a billing error is confirmed, we may issue a refund, correction, credit, or other appropriate remedy.
Digital Products & Services
All digital products and services are sold on a final-sale basis unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Digital downloads, files, templates, workbooks, printables, and resources
- Online trainings, courses, workshops, or replays
- Software access, calculators, AI tools, OCR tools, and platform features
- Consulting, implementation help, custom setup, or custom development
- AI credits, add-ons, integration access, or premium feature upgrades
Because digital products and services may be delivered instantly or made available immediately, no refunds, exchanges, or returns are provided for these items except where required by law or approved by PTP Pro in its sole discretion.
Subscription Changes
Subscribers may be able to upgrade, downgrade, add features, remove add-ons, or change billing cycles depending on available plan options.
- Upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in prorated or immediate charges.
- Downgrades may take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
- Removing an add-on may stop future add-on billing but does not refund prior add-on charges.
- Promotional pricing may be limited, temporary, non-transferable, or subject to special terms.
- Grandfathered pricing may be lost if a subscription is canceled, changed, downgraded, or allowed to lapse.
PTP Pro may modify plan names, features, pricing, and package structures as the platform evolves.
Payment Failures
If a recurring payment fails, PTP Pro or its payment processor may retry the payment, send payment failure notifications, request updated billing information, restrict access, suspend features, or cancel the subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and ensuring billing information remains accurate and up to date. Failure to update payment information may result in service interruption or loss of access.
Chargebacks
If you believe a billing issue occurred, please contact PTP Pro support before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to reviewing legitimate billing concerns in good faith.
Filing a chargeback for a valid subscription renewal, failure to cancel, unused access, dissatisfaction after access was granted, or other charges covered by this policy may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
- Access may be suspended while a chargeback or payment dispute is pending.
- Accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive disputes may be permanently terminated.
- PTP Pro reserves the right to recover unpaid balances, dispute fees, collection costs, and related expenses where permitted by law.
Exceptions
PTP Pro reserves the sole right to approve refunds, credits, or exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Any exception granted in one situation does not create a right to future refunds or exceptions and does not modify this policy.
Refunds or credits, when approved, may be limited, partial, issued to the original payment method, or provided as account credit at PTP Pro’s discretion, unless otherwise required by law.
