Partner Network Terms

The PTP Pro Partner Network is designed to foster long-term relationships with creators, educators, ambassadors, influencers, referral partners, and strategic partners who support the growth of the PTP Pro platform.

Participation requires approval by PTP Pro. We may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke participation at our discretion.

The network may include affiliates, ambassadors, educators, influencers, strategic partners, referral partners, and additional partner classifications introduced in the future.

Partners are expected to represent PTP Pro professionally, provide truthful information, comply with applicable laws, and uphold the reputation of the PTP Pro brand.

PTP Pro trademarks, logos, and marketing assets may only be used in accordance with any branding guidelines or written permissions provided by PTP Pro.

Partners must market honestly, avoid misleading claims, and accurately represent PTP Pro products and services.

Partners are responsible for complying with advertising and endorsement laws, including clear disclosure of any material relationship with PTP Pro.

Commission rates, eligibility requirements, payout schedules, and qualifying transactions are governed by the applicable Partner Agreement and current program rules.

Refunds, canceled orders, fraudulent activity, and chargebacks may reduce or reverse commission eligibility in accordance with program rules.

Spam, deceptive advertising, trademark abuse, self-referrals (unless authorized), fraudulent transactions, and activities that harm the PTP Pro brand are prohibited.

Partners may receive confidential business information. Such information must not be disclosed or misused except as authorized.

PTP Pro may suspend or terminate participation for violations of these Terms, the Partner Agreement, or conduct inconsistent with the Partner Network.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
