This policy explains how PTP Pro connects with third-party services and the responsibilities associated with those integrations.
01

Overview

PTP Pro may integrate with third-party platforms to extend functionality, automate workflows, improve productivity, and support creative businesses.

Examples include: payment processors, suppliers, distributors, marketplaces, accounting software, shipping providers, calendars, AI providers, email services, and cloud infrastructure.
02

Supported Integrations

Current and future integrations may include Stripe, Google services, QuickBooks, Etsy, Shopify, SanMar, S&S Activewear, email platforms, shipping providers, accounting systems, AI providers, supplier APIs, distributor APIs, and additional business tools.

03

Account Connections

Some integrations require you to authorize access to your third-party account. You control whether an integration is connected and may disconnect it according to the provider’s process.

04

Data Shared

Only information reasonably necessary to provide the requested integration may be exchanged. Depending on the service, this may include product data, inventory, pricing, orders, invoices, customer details, authorization tokens, or account identifiers.

05

Supplier & Distributor APIs

PTP Pro may connect with supplier and distributor APIs to retrieve product catalogs, inventory availability, pricing, shipping information, or related business data. Availability depends on each provider.

06

Marketplace Integrations

Marketplace integrations may import or synchronize listings, orders, products, or related business information. Users remain responsible for complying with each marketplace’s rules and policies.

07

Payment Providers

Payment processing is performed by third-party payment providers. PTP Pro does not control their availability, policies, processing times, or independent security practices.

08

AI & Cloud Services

Some features rely on third-party AI, OCR, cloud hosting, email delivery, storage, or infrastructure providers. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

09

Third-Party Responsibility

PTP Pro is not responsible for outages, policy changes, discontinued APIs, pricing changes, inaccurate data, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

10

Availability

Integrations may be modified, suspended, replaced, or discontinued without notice if required by technology changes, provider decisions, legal requirements, or business needs.

11

User Responsibilities

  • Maintain valid third-party accounts.
  • Comply with third-party terms.
  • Review synchronized information.
  • Protect connected account credentials.
12

Changes

PTP Pro may expand, remove, or improve integrations as the platform evolves.

13

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an integration if required to protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, or respond to provider requirements.
